We aim to pick and pack all orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (NSW) public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow an extra few days for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Sale events and holiday periods.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive updates on the shipping via SMS or email.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, but we will send the courier with an Authority To Leave note so that they can leave the item in a safe place to save your time and the courier’s time. But if you want to receive the item by hand, please contact us to confirm that you need to sign the courier on arrival and please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address that will sign for your items and receive the delivery. Extra fees will be incured for this service.please contact the company for this service and to know the extra charge.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email on info@harmonylinen.com.au or via our contact us page.

Difficult Shipping

Although we offer FREE shipping Australia wide sometimes we are unable to provide this service for all of Australia. Metro areas will always obtain free shipping, to some of our regional areas if free shipping can not be provided we will make contact with you and advise you of the options available.

In most cases free shipping is still guaranteed for regional Australia. We work very hard to include regional and rural Australia and helping stay connected with all the big brands and latest offers.
